About Ryan Gibson:
Ryan Gibson is CIO and co-founder of Spartan Investment Group, LLC. Ryan has experience in real estate development to include ground-up development of luxury condos, single-family homes, and full renovation projects located in challenging high density urban markets. Ryan owns and manages rentals properties in multiple states and has invested in apartment buildings, self-storage, and land development projects. For SIG, Ryan is responsible for investor relations and capital raises for projects. Ryan graduated from Mercyhurst University with a bachelor’s degree in Business, with concentrations in Marketing, Management, and Advertising. Spartan Investment Group focuses on commercial real estate investments. In Ryan’s role as Chief Investment Officer, He connects individual investors to SIG’s real estate private placement/investment opportunities. Ryan’s real estate experience includes residential development, self-storage, in-fill, finance, sales, marketing, and investor relations. Knowledgeable in the tax foreclosure process, development, inherited homes/estates, and real estate syndication.
