He is the host of the Average Joe Finances® Podcast, which discusses how to create passive income from real estate. Nearing the end of his 20 year career in the Navy, he shifted his focus to financial independence and entrepreneurship. Mike started investing in real estate and working his other side-hustles to create passive income and become financially independent by age 38. He owns real estate in Hawaii, Virginia, Oregon, and Texas. Mike’s mission is to provide relevant and informative content that will help others in their own financial independence journey.
